Account Deletion

Flint by Studio Whiterock

Flint doesn't have its own user accounts or a server — there's nothing to register for. The only account-like thing Flint has is an optional Twitch sign-in, which just auto-fills your stream's topic and start time. Reading chat and logging markers never require it.

How to delete it

1

Open Settings in the app

Launch Flint and tap Settings from the app shell's navigation.

2

Tap Disconnect under Twitch

In the Twitch section, tap "Disconnect." Flint immediately deletes your stored Twitch access token and username from the device's secure storage — nothing is queued, nothing waits on a server.

3

That's it

There's no confirmation email, no processing delay, and no separate backend record to clean up — the deletion is instant and local.

What's deleted, what's kept

Disconnecting removes your Twitch access token and Twitch username from Flint's on-device secure storage. Nothing is retained anywhere else — Flint has no server, so there's no copy left behind and no retention period to wait out. Your streams, markers, tags, and topics aren't tied to the Twitch connection and are unaffected; delete those separately from Stream List, Review Log, or Settings, or see data deletion for that. Uninstalling Flint entirely removes all of it, including the disconnected Twitch session data if you skipped step 2.

To also revoke Flint's access on Twitch's side (independent of Flint), visit Twitch's own Connections settings and disconnect "Flint" there.
